Cronus Technology, Inc. (CTI) has a highly experienced Project Controls team to assist and contribute to certifying the effectiveness and efficiency in executing a project.
Budget and Cost Analysis
- Compare actual resource utilizations with the budgeted amounts
- Identify variances for study and mitigation
- Man-hour reporting by deliverable and CTR
- Cost reporting
- Determine earned value based on agreed credit rules to define productivity
Schedule Analysis
- Track progress toward completion of deliverables
- Project timing for completion of all deliverables
- Define any variance in the critical path and float for the schedule
Document Control
- Assign unique identification to each document or drawing following a client-issued numbering system and/or CTI’s standard numbering system
- Transmit and receive documents on a controlled schedule
- Log and specify the current location and status of each document
- Maintain a Master Document Register for each project
